  Such horrible customer service... Would have NO stars if it aloud me too... I placed my order last night at 8:37pm ( was never told they closed in 23 mins, even though online their website says they close at 10), I was told it would be ready in 20mins. I arrived at 9:02 and was told BY THE OWNER that he just gave my food away because he didn't think I was coming!!! I was 5 mins late. Never got a phone call like REAL PROFESSIONALS DO to see if I wasn't coming since the doubt was in him mind. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN & I MADE SURE ALL MY NEIGHBORS KNEW WHAT A SCUMBAG HE WAS!!!! I had to explain to my 4yr old that he had to wait a little longer on his pizza due to ordering somewhere else!! Fratelli's was absolutely amazing!!!!!! AND CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME ONLINE SINCE YOU CLOSE AT 9PM NOT 10PM
